Cancellation Policy

Where a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Consultation Fee will not be refunded. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the Cancellation Fee of 50%. We provide a full refund for cancellations with more than 48 hours prior notice. Sessions booked as part of a bundle are not refundable.
